How it works
Five steps, from the session to the delivery. This is what you and your client see at each one.

Create the gallery and drag in the photos
Name the session and drag in your exported JPGs. The watermark with your studio name is added for you, and the original file never leaves at this stage.

Send the link on WhatsApp
It is one link. Your client opens it on her phone, with no app to install, no account and no form to fill in.

She picks her favorites and comments on each one
She taps the heart to pick and writes what she wants on each photo: “brighten the face”, “remove the pole in the background”. When she is done, you get an email with the list ready, by file name.

You edit and upload the finals
The delivery is a separate gallery, with its own link, and it starts locked: your client sees nothing until you check it and release it.

Release it, and she downloads in full resolution
One button downloads them all at once, at the original resolution, with no quality loss. The gallery has an end date: after it, the files go offline on their own and your space comes back.

The file goes up and comes down byte for byte. The preview is only for choosing — 2000 px when a photo opens full screen.

Does my client need to create an account?
No. They open the link and choose. If you like, you can protect the gallery with a password.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and it was built for it: that is where clients choose almost every time. Photos open full screen, sharp enough to see eyes and hair.
Do they really get full-resolution photos?
They get the exact file you uploaded, with no recompression and no watermark. They can download one at a time or all at once.
What if they want more photos than the package?
You set up extra photo packages at your own prices, and they pick one right in the selection. You get the request along with the list; payment is between you and them.
Space and deadlines
How long do photos stay online?
You choose per gallery — 30, 60, 90 or 120 days — and renew in one click, as often as you like. Past the deadline, the files go offline on their own and the space comes back. You still have your originals.
What if my space fills up?
The panel warns you past 80%. At 100%, you just can’t upload new photos until a gallery expires, you delete an old one or you change plans. No gallery that is already online goes down because of it.
Is there a limit on galleries or clients?
No. Your plan only limits space. You can have as many galleries as fit in it.
Account and payment
Why does it cost less than other gallery platforms?
Because Revelafy does one thing: your client picks the photos and you deliver them. No store, website, contracts or email marketing bundled into the price. You pay for what you use on every shoot, and nothing else.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Payment is through Hotmart. The monthly plan has no commitment: cancel whenever you want, and what you already paid for lasts until the end of the period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Subscribe to the new plan with the same email as your account, and your space changes as soon as the payment is approved. Then cancel the old subscription in Hotmart so you don’t pay for both.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. The gallery lives at a Revelafy address, with your name, your logo and your color.
What if I forget my password?
Request a link by email and choose a new one. No photos are lost.
Who can see my photos?
Only people with the gallery link. Each studio sees only its own work, and the original only goes out when you release the delivery.
